1. Check your flight/transport availability.
2. E-mail us with your requirements reservations@go-montgenevre.com :
a) What type of accommodation -chalet, apartment, specific location?
b) How many are coming.
c) Date of arrival and departure with your flight numbers, if available. (The resort normally works on a Sat to Sat basis; alternatives are available out of peak times).
d) Any other requirements- ski passes, food, etc
4. We will then e-mail you back with availability and price confirmation.
5. If you then wish to book, just let us know and we will e-mail you a booking form to complete, please read full terms and conditions.
6. You need to complete and return this booking form to hold your accommodation. You then have 10 days in which to pay your deposit.
7. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
8. Payment can be made either by Sterling cheque posted to our UK office, or by bank transfer. Go Montgenèvre Ltd, Weir Cottage, Weir lane, Yeovilton, Somerset, BA22 8EU.
9. Full payment details will be e-mailed along with your booking form.
