It offers a generous storage space in its large garage for ski equipment with beds for up to 12 guests. There is no dedicated parking, however free roadway parking is availabble to the surrounding area.

- Living area with corner sofa and further 2 seater sofa, French doors to small terrace area
- Dining area with large table and bench/chair seating

- Bedroom 1: Double bed with new built-in shower corner and sink, hanging space
- Bedroom 2: Double bed and hanging space
- Bedroom 3: Bunk bed and hanging space
- Family bathroom with shower and WC
Third floor:
- Bedroom 4: large room with 5 single beds (with generous space for additional sleeping if required)
Extras:
- TV/Wifi
- Bedding and a set of towels per person are provided for all Winter rentals

"Cozy apartment of 4 floors, very spacious the last one, the others have well distributed spaces but with reduced dimensions. The stairway to the top floor is very steep but children, even the smallest ones, have had no problems. Apartment used mainly in winter and the terrace is not completely closed, there are no outdoor seats. Central location and real-time assistance. Positive judgment."

"Good choice for 10 people with children. Well placed, functional house for 10 people. Childrens bedroom accessible by steep staircase, but large living space. Room in the pleasant basement for returning from skiing where you leave all your equipment. The layout on 3 levels allows everyone to have privacy. We recommend it for a family ski vacation."
