Changing rules for guests travelling from the UK to France

We hope this message finds you well during what has once again become turbulent times for our UK clients.

We are gutted to learn about the sudden changes in the government rules, (current rules here) we were looking forward to welcoming you to France over the next couple of weeks. For those looking to fly into Italy, we have holiday options in Italy, please get in contact with the team to discuss.

Already booked;

We understand clients’ concerns over the status of their holiday.

For those who are due to come within 31 days, as per our terms and conditions state; all funds paid will be automatically extended towards a future booking in the event that government travel restrictions are imposed. This includes funds paid out for extras as well as holiday accommodation and can be applied either later in the season or towards a future summer or winter season (for up to 24 months).

For those due to come outside of 31 days, if you are fairly sure that you won’t be coming this winter, please let us know and we can explore options for future seasons. We will be freezing your prices wherever we can and are working with our partners to secure your dates for next year.

Looking to book;

We are working hard with partners to open future bookings as quickly as possible. Get in contact to get your name down for options later this season, Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter 22/23 asap.

We will be here whatever, ready and waiting to welcome you back when restrictions are lifted. As a business, we’re in a strong position. As you know, we are based locally in Montgenevre and therefore have low overheads. We now have a large French and Italian client base. We only commit costs when we deliver holidays and when partners require, and the admin team have been working remotely long before it was cool. Therefore, we are not worried about being around for many seasons to come. However, we appreciate all the goodwill you send our way and appreciate all future bookings you place with us.
