A huge thank you for making the stay so enjoyable.  With Ellie not being able to ski, having an apartment with stunning views over the slopes was a massive bonus.  Jill had a great time during the second week, and is already asking to come back next year.

'We just want to say thank you yet again for a great holiday. The accomodation, transfers etc, skiing and weather were excellent. Couldnt recommend you all ( and Montgenevre! ) more highly. Will be in touch in the autumn to make arrangements for the next trip. La Praya would be the choice though the smells of the bakery in the morning were far too tempting!

'The snow was perfect, the sunshine fantastic, and my two sons left with Etoile d'Or, so they were more than chuffed!  My sisters and friends loved the resort and the help they received from the Go Monty Team. Quotes "we can see why you raved about Montgenevre" and "the best weeks skiing I've ever had" were amongst our conversations!  It was definitely worth the trip from Singapore!'

Michelle Coulias, a reputable ski instructor and our friend, has been in charge of the latest snow build in Montgenevre with the snowpark now open on the south-facing side! Old sofa gets stunt treatment

An old orange sofa that was on the way to the tip has had a brief life as a jump.  Go Montgenevre does not endorse the removal of any furniture from rental properties or any subsequant stuntage.  ;-) Have a great new year!

Christmas Dinner for 34!

This year we celebrated Christmas Dinner with all the staff and some friends and family.  This brought the total to 34 people, which although a bit of a logistical challenge, was huge amounts of fun!

The Go Monty family first annual carol service

The Go Monty team, along with friends and family decided to bring some festive spirit by putting on an impromptu carol service for the town.  The locals and tourists a like seemed genuinely blessed by the unusual sight in France.  There was of course lots of free Vin Chaud on offer to all passes by. We had so much fun we are considering making it an annual event, let us know if you want us to book you in to cover soprano next year!

 A new snowpark is going to added to the resort this year.  Great news for all you pro riders (and the rest of us wannabee's!)

Not long to go now -the season is fast appraoching -first layers on the upper slopes, canons firing, temperatures dropping!  Looking forward to seeing you all soon -don't forget those knee excercises and the repairs on the salapettes you damaged doing that foolhardy last run last year!
