La Bergerie - a brand new town house beautifully restored for 2021 from what was originally an old barn. The house is located in the tranquil village of Les Alberts (Montgenevre 1400), perfectly situated for Les Alberts nordic skiing just 200m away (door to piste). The property consists of 4 individual apartments, sleeping from 4 - 7 people, with an incredibly spacious ground floor apartment perfect for all guests to socialise and relax together. The property has the benefit of a central corridor making it work well for larger groups, just book as many apartments as you need. It therefore makes a great option from 1-23 people and comes with access to a garden with hot tub, available from August 2021 (for a supplementary fee) and is well situated between the main resorts of Montgenèvre and Serre Chevalier - with a short 10 min drive in either direction and easy proximity to Briancon. Apartment access is found to the ground floor.
An option for a daily Montgenevre chauffeur service is available for this property (25 euros per van per drop off, Sunday-Friday) and pets are welcome for a supplementary charge of £50. Les Alberts also offers free parking within the village for those traveling in their own vehicles.

"Whether you are a skier, mountaineer, runner or just a nature lover the flat is located in a beautiful and authentic French alpine village. The Hodson family are charming and will treat you with the best service. The flats are incredibly clean and equipped with kitchen, towels, sheets, tv. Undoubtedly an unforgettable experience. Vallee de la Claree, Montgenevre, Briançon or the Ecrins or Queyras Natural Park are only 30 minutes away by car!"

The location is perfect for hiking lovers and skiing fans in winter. Also perfect for a family holiday as there is enough space in the flats. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and always available for questions. The best location to enjoy a real French raclette! The skiing holiday is already booked!"
