With over 100km of pistes served by 38 lifts, Montgenèvre is a paradise for skiers. The resort boasts 59 slopes, including 25 for beginners, 23 for intermediates, and 11 for advanced skiers. Enjoy long runs, the longest stretching up to 7km, and two free days or cheap extra day extensions to access 400km of slopes in the Milky Way ski area, reaching into Italy. This makes it the 5th largest ski area in the world.
Winter Wonderland
The winter season runs from December through to April, offering reliable snow and an excellent Snow Sure record. Montgenèvre is consistently ranked among the top French resorts for snow depth and quality. With 50,000m² dedicated to nursery areas, it’s perfect for mixed ability groups and families. The resort is also known for hosting European slalom, cross-country, telemark, and off-piste events, featuring a large snow park and extensive off-piste areas.
