Housekeeping Team
Resort Manager
(Montgenevre, France) Seasonal, Long Term
We are looking for a key team member to become part of our growing holiday business. As we grow we are looking for incredible people who share our values and would love being part of a high quality family run business. Responsibilities:
- Keeping in resort staff and clients safe and supported
- Manage resort workflow and handle emergencies
- Manage the resort staff and hours and ensure a great working environment
- Keeping clients well supported and happy
- Help to create work environments which honours individuals, whether they be staff, suppliers or clients
- Feedback and report on key performance indicators with suggestions for improvements
- Coordinate with the housekeeping, rep and driving managers and enable them to do the best job they can.
- Also ensuring their teams are well resourced and supported.
- Ensure all company, legal and health & safety policies are followed

The perfect candidate should be:
- Very strong or fluent in English
- At least good French, ideally fluent in French as well
- Fun and great with people
- Full of integrity and good at seeing jobs through to completion
- Able to communicate well and stand up for what you believe is good for the business
- Fluent in English and great at motivating and getting the best out of people
- More than just good at multi-tasking, can you handle “curve balls” thrown at you on a weekly basis
- Able to take ownership of problems and be great at problem-solving, customer service, and taking initiative
- Willing to consider or work towards a long term contract/relationship in at least the winter seasons
- Up for working flexible hours and for going above and beyond in the pursuit of excellence and delivering an industry-leading service
Awesome extras:

- Management experience
- Experience in the travel/tourism industry
- Experience with customer-facing roles
- First-hand experience with at least going on a winter sport holiday
- Great with using computers and standard software packages
- Fast at learning and good attention to detail
- Full drivers license

House Keeper Full Time

Responsibilities:
Working with the house keeping manager to ensure properties are cleaned, maintained and set up to a high level.
Works close with housekeeping manager

Needs drivers licence
Responsibilities:
Ensures the best hospitality and customer service is delivered
Helps deliver an exceptional service to our customers relating to the equipment hire, lesson bookings, restaurant bookings, breakfast deliveries, après bookings and ski passes.
Works closely with the Rep manager
Helps deliver successful meet and greet evenings
Greets guests into accommodation
Works with housekeepers to ensure properties are cleaned, maintained and set up to a high level.

Driving Team
Driver
Montgenevre, France) – Short Term, November – April every year.
We have a growing team of some ‘the best drivers in the Alps’ and every season we are looking to recruit even more to the professional and friendly team.
Responsibilities:
Drive minibus with up to eight guests in at a time, ensuring a safe, professional and friendly service.
Ensuring that all legal requirements are met.
Maintenance, vehicle checks and cleans of at least one vehicle.
Resort representative and front line customer service of guests, ensuring all information required is communicated in a friendly and professional way.
