Montgenevre

The Resort: Montgenevre is an idyllic French resort located on the French-Italian border. It is connected to the acclaimed Italian Milky Way ski area, which includes the resorts Sauze D’Oulx, Sestriere, Sansicario and Claviere, offering you over 400km of unbroken skiing or snowboarding. It is also only a short drive from Serre Chevalier. Montgenevre was one of the first French ski resorts, built in 1907, and it is known for its 300 days of sun a year and incredible snow-record due to having plenty of north facing slopes.

The Pistes: There is a huge variety of pistes throughout Montgenevre as well as in neighbouring Claviere and beyond, meaning you will never run out of new pistes to try, favouring all levels. There is a snow-park with 2 border crosses and jumps to try-out and plenty of ski-in ski-out accommodation.

Facilities & Apres-ski: Though not a big variety of nightlife in Montgenevre there are some fantastic bars & restaurants, offering you a variety of French & Italian cuisine with some brilliant evening entertainment including live bands, jazz evenings & fancy dress party’s. There are some great firework and torchlight descent presentations and an ice rink to enjoy. Also the 1400m Monty-Express luge ride is a must for all the family.
