Credit Terms & Conditions

Accommodation credit can be redeemed against Winter or Summer bookings for selected dates (excl. weeks 19/12/20 – 02/01/21, 06/02 – 06/03/21 and 18/12/21 – 08/01/22, 05/02 – 05/03/22).

The expiration date for credit offered is two calendar years from when the voucher is first offered. After this date, clients forfeit the funds already paid and the offer is no longer redeemable.

If accommodation and/or extras is of a cheaper price than the credit due, no refunds can be offered on the difference.

If a more expensive accommodation and/or extras are selected, then only the difference will be charged to the client.

Credit values may vary depending on the item that is being offered against. No booking fees or taxes are transferrable on the offer.

Credit cannot be used in conjunction with other special deals and is non-refundable.

Where applied, normal cancellation rules will apply but no cash value or refund will be offered, however may be transferred at Go-Travel’s discretion.

To use, please give your original booking name and reference to the operator at the time of booking. Without valid information the operator will not be able to apply the credit and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Go-Travel reserves the right to end the credit offer at any point. However, this will not affect those where the credit has already been applied. We cannot guarantee any specific requests for future but we will do our best to accommodate where possible, subject to availability.
